Three individuals with a shared love for birdwatching. Over time, they each share their battle with mental health: navigating the turbulent waters of burnout, depression, anxiety, and trauma. This film does not sugar-coat life’s challenges, but it does remind us that sometimes, the simple act of connecting with nature like watching birds, can be a powerful remedy.
