OKAY! (The ASD Band Film)

Through a shared love of music, four talented autistic musicians – Rawan, Jackson, Spenser and Ron – shatter the stigma of autism. Coming together to form a band, The ASD Band, they express themselves through song.

“Life is a play, and everybody has the script, but you.” This is how Jackson describes what it’s like to be on the spectrum.

The film follows the band as they set out to write and record their first album and perform their first public show. Along the way, we delve into the deep corridors of their lives, as they learn to navigate a world foreign to them by finding strength in others who share the same challenges.

Life on the spectrum has many individual challenges, but together, anything is possible.
